Fix: stream note for scheduled emails missing user attribution ( #3621 ) ...
When emails are sent via the "Send Later" feature, the stream note
shows "sent email" without the user name because the job runs in
system user context. The FROM address fallback fails for group email
accounts.
This fix first tries to resolve the user who created/scheduled the
email via getCreatedBy() before falling back to email address lookup.
Fixes #3541
